Just another thing to add, the more reflect % you have, the more you gain from getting another % (going from 0% to 1% reduces damage by 1%, going from 90% to 91% reduces damage by 10%). I also beleive your PvP example is flawed, since the cap is now calculated after reflects. So the max FA with 84% ...

I'd also like to comment about the performance of the MBC in PvP, it works very well on non-evaders (even decently on some evaders who don't raise duck), the AR is pretty darn low (1080-ish with 4 pieces of supple, 966 HW), a lot of sacrifices have to be made to keep it out of OE. The research lines are included in the setup he posted in the OP. I wouldn't go for a Left Hand for a doc doing sec10 and PvP, there are many better options (especially for PvP).
