My guess is one of the most common is doing a WTB on the lootrights channel. I've done that once.

Actually as far as I know it stopped working on versions prior to XP after they changed the DB a ways back.

For the 18.4 patch. Really surprised it's already out, never even saw a working items shop or other browser functions on test and figured there'd be more to do yet.

The buffs in a can are intended for use only when twinking and shouldn't work/time out when in combat.
