Heal delta is your natural regeneration of health points, every X seconds you get Y HP (like a HoT). The X is determined by your stamina, and the Y is determined by your equipment, body development and such (but mostly your equipment); all items that add "healdelta" add to Y.
Nano delta is the exact same thing, except for nano. The tick rate (how long between each time you get nano) is determined by psychic. A table over the different tick rates follows.

So, a person with 811 stamina and 781 psychic, with 125 heal delta and 200 nano delta will receive 3750 HP and 6000 nano per minute. By comparison, Personal Notum Harvester gives 940 nano per minute, and Dr Hack 'n Quack gives 2190 HP per minute.
