Healdelta and nanodelta

Post by Mortus »

---
The values and amounts are for standing up.

nanodelta is capped at 2 seconds, and healdelta is capped at 2 second standing,
and 1 second sitting.

************************************************** ******************

nanopoints for breeds

atrox gets 2 nano for each point in nanopool
opifex gets 3 nano
solitus gets 3 nano
nanomage gets 4 nano

The amount of nanodelta you get is:
base + (bodydev / 100) + nanodelta items
Body Dev plays a part in the base tick amount for nano delta.
Base tick amount for Solitus is 3 nano per tick.
By "base amount" I mean if you have no +nanodelta modifiers at all.
This base amount is then increased by +1 for every 100 points in
Body Dev -- i.e. with 800 body dev, a Solitus will have a base tick of 11 nano (3+8).

Nano tickrate formula ; 28-(psy/30)=tickrate

example 28-(780/30)=2 secs

********************************************************************

hitpoints for breeds

atrox 4 hitpoints from each point in bodydev
opifex 3 hitpoints
solitus 3 hitpoints
nanomage 2 hitpoints

The amount of healdelta you get is:
base + (bodydev / 100) + healdelta items
Base is 4 for atrox, 3 for opi/sol, 2 for mage

healdelta tickrate formula ; (870-stam)/30=tickrate

example (870-810)/30=2 secs

********************************************************************

nanodelta tickrate table

0 Psy = 28s
60 Psy = 26s
120 Psy = 24s
180 Psy = 22s
240 Psy = 20s
300 Psy = 18s
360 Psy = 16s
420 Psy = 14s
480 Psy = 12s
540 Psy = 10s
600 Psy = 8s
660 Psy = 6s
720 Psy = 4s
780 Psy = 2s

a) Nanodelta and Healdelta are capped @ 200 per tick

b) reaching 780 PSY and getting a full 200 nanodelta per tick is -the- best thing a doctor (and probably a heal-focused advy/agent) can do for themselves ... not just for teams but for soloing. Its the equivalent of almost 6.5 -times- what PNH gives you. Its not as important for MPs or NTs, who have access to much better nano regen perks (doc/advy/agent only get access to Genius 2 for nano regent).

c) A related factor to Nanodelta is nanocost ... trox max at -45% nanocost ... soli/opi @ -50% ... nanomage @ -55%. This is why Hyde doesn't ask for cost ... he's maxed out with gear already.

d) Yes, that means with max Healdelta you heal up 6K HP / minute ... that's a bit under double what having Deathless Blessing (top Doc HoT) would give you (averaging out the variable heals) and is close to what Deathless Blessing + Lasting Ultimatum (top Fixer long term HoT) would give you. Max your healdelta and get these 2 buffs and you're healing nearly 13K/minute.

e) Its very hard to get 200 Nanodelta or 200 Healdelta unless you use implants instead of symbs. Nanodelta clusters are rollable ("NanoCluster of Nano Regeneration"), Healdelta clusters are not (making refined Healdelta clusters some of the most expensive to buy from players). They don't conflict in locations, which is good, but they will mean you lose some benefits from symbs.

...

Symb / Implant comparisons:

NOTE: I'm comparing QL300 imps to QL300 symbs ... QL300 imps are MUCH easier to equip, and yet they still beat out symbs in -this- regard.

Feet:
... Implant ... +44 healdelta, +29 nanodelta
... Support/Control ... +41 healdelta, +29 nanodelta

Leg
... Implant ... +29 healdelta
... Control ... +29 healdelta (TIE! except which can YOU equip?)

Left Arm
... Implant ... +73 healdelta
... Artillery/Control/Support ... +69 healdelta

Right Arm
... Implant ... +44 nanodelta
... Support/Extermination/Control ... +41 nanodelta

Right Wrist
... Implant ... +73 nanodelta
... Control ... +69 nanodelta

(btw, this is part of why Sword of Dawn/Sword of Dusk is a great Doc PVM weapon ... -4 cost and +4 nanodelta, along with +32 intelligence)

Summary ... QL300 implants give up to +146 delta, plus whatever your base+bodydev calc is ... QL300 symbs give up to +139 delta ... even though most people can never get 300 symbs on except in a few locations, and almost no one has access/ability to put in 300s in ALL of those locations.

But you gain alot of -other- benefits with symbs, especially with things like Control feet (evades and addalldef). So the point is to decide where you get the most benefit from a few implants to max out something like deltas.
