Jobe clusters with bugged descriptions

Making this post to help people that want to use that sort of clusters for their
imps after a question alpha asked me on the subject

Info from AO knowledge base forum

all known as "% Add. Poison Dam. Refined Jobe Cluster
- Shiny (Right-Hand)". This applies to refined
clusters as well as QL 1-200.

also noticed a while ago there are no add cold ddamage clusters
