Planned setup for Rulziekeep

Post by Rulzern »

Here it is, comments would be appreciated. Some tweaking still needs to be done in terms of symbiants.

Ah, forgot to say.

Left wrist = Perfected Infused Dust Brigade Bracer
Right wrist = level 215 melee arul
Left shoulder = Superior Icy Shoulderpads of Brawn

OMG, no more thong? :P

Toss Lwrist and Rwrist around, since DB bracer is Rwrist only. Same goes for OFAB kippur pad and alapapapap pad.

DB boots?
Infused Viral Compiler if you want the NR.
Morphing Memory --> 300 yuttos if you don't want the NR.
Support brain
Support ear
Left wrist consider an implant?
Consider an Support eye - 41 int+55 conceal vs 137 AS skill.
Lupusceleri L220/24 Agent.
Silversmith upcoming TL5 twink.
Wolfseye L110/12 Adventurer (towertwink).
Lysdexic L90/9 Agent (Mimic Enf towertwink).

Why Infantry ocular/brain/ear?

It's very doable to get in QL300 support ocular. Actually, it's the first symb you need to get in according to my calcs. Don't remember what my calcs showed for ear (think I got calcs for QL300), but support brain would be max 280 atm I think.

Ofc, the support symbs will require more or less every pande/twink/phat item you can possibly get your hands on...

Okies you obviosly going for a crit setup!!!!!

1stly i would scrap Gyro from Gemini & use a Util from Albtraum with infuser upgrade for +50 def.

Aswell as Cosmic Guide for Ofab headgear (more hp)

The crit loss from those two items you could make up with a GoC instead of ofab shoulder.
Dread stab aid is also questionable.

This for toon for PVM more im presuming.

Get that dress thing from Daljah for the +50 NR, can do wonders vs some mobs & the Covering is just S**t for pvm pvp its twink gear.

VTS..... hmmz i would use Offensive vp thing for +75dmg

Alert brain support is do-able (they cheap aswell)
Intel Support eye also do-able // Its a toss up between easier casting of improved nano's or hotswopping for AS. If you go infantry eye, you better be hotswopping something.

Effective ear support is next cause intel is not do-able. I wouldnt bother with intel infantry ear.

Thats my 2cents.

Thanks for the tips, on the VTS, the VTS adds (IIRC) closer to 300 damage per hit on average as long as I'm 1/1.

I'm not sure about TL7 keeper crits, but on my twinked 150 keeper, the best way for me to do buckets of dmg, and I really mean that, I can OD almost everyone on hecks, and everyone except twink MA's and enf with sow/high QL 240 in S10 is to use add dmg everything.

Obviously for a TL 7 it is a little different, but here is my interpretation:

on MA skill: higher skill = higher dmg.
on weapon skill: higher skill = slightly higher crit, but no more dmg.
on weapon special skill : higher skill = faster recharge and hence more damage

add dmg on MA= ok.
add dmg on weapon = really good

add crit% on MA = ok (only ok because there is lots of crit already, and reduces init)
add crit% on wep = ok (keeper at full def melee init is better, unless capped)

On my 150 keeper, I found that my AR was high enough to get a fair number of crits already, but the add dmg was really what made the 225 MK6 shine. with offensive hud, barrow strength, MOTR, bracer of striking force lvl 150 arul saba, keeper ring, offensive augmentation hud and the 1000 token board (400 atm) and 3 pieces of QL 205 CM (adds 10 dmg each piece) the damage was bumped up so appreciably that killing was a breeze.

Honestly I seriously doubted add dmg. But one time in an inferno mish I had a DD contest with soldier. he had an add dmg setup, me with crit setup (as 220/25/65ish) MA, and he beat me by over double. I'm serious, he OD'd me so bad I was like omg reroll. And I pushed damage too, I wasn't slacking, but the end result was absolutely ridiculous, after 2 hards, I think, I hadabout 3.5m dmg and he had about 6.2m. Anyway, after that, I was convinced the way to get more dmg out of weapons is to use add damage.

But it all comes down to what style of play you like... cookie cutters ftl :)

I don't have the exact number, but for me, 1% crits adds around ~21-23 damage per hit. In HUD3, I get more damage from crit scope than from damage HUD, in some other slots, the point is more or less moot (see pants, sleeves, gloves, feet).
