Athen Paladins on the "Fresh Start" NEW SERVER

Post by Chrisax »

You guessed it: of course we'll immediately create AP on the "New server" :D

All APs will of course be immediately invited as soon as they show up.

We will also welcome new members, naturally.

I just posted this already on AO forums:

AP and the "Fresh start" New Server

Yes... as you can easily imagine, Athen Paladins will be there on the new server!

We are many old-timers in AP who played AO in its original version. Without SL, without even Notum Wars.

I can remember when the first raids and dungeons were introduced or discovered.

I saw Ian Warr alone wiping out a 70-people raid, everyone running like chickens.

Uh... but I digress out of old age maybe?...

Well, so, yes, AP will be there. We'll bring our experience of old AO and our friendship and desire to help and teach people.

Stay tuned for more information from us! :)

No little box with a drop-down menu with 2 servers names (regular and "2019")?

Is your AO fully updated?

Edit: are you using the Windows "zoom" to enlarge your desktop and some elements, or some accessibility option.

When the launcher comes up, press Shift-tab and you should see the box. use the arrow keys to pick the server and you'll be good to go. I had the same exact problem with my 4k monitor not showing the box and that fixed it.

We are now in the process of linking the org chats of AP on the normal server (RK5) and AP on the "fresh start" new sever (RK6).

This will allow AP members to be always together, and communicate, organize raids, switch to the other server when needed, etc. :D

More information soon.

OK so bottom line: Bit created the bot character as soon as I gave him the codes but he didn't tell me immediately :) and it was for some reason not visible when I tried to make mine... Go figure

Anyhow all is well now and AP RK5 and RK6 will be soon connected. :)
