17.6 Update Preview

The main content updates in the 17.6 version will be a series of new quests based in and around Rubi-Ka.

The Dust Brigade Threat

High Level players will be tasked with investigating how the Dust Brigade seem to have acquired ancient Xan technology. Increased activity by this militant group is concerning the leadership on both sides of the factional divide.

Players will be able to take part in a quest line that sees them aiding their sides investigation into exactly what the Dust Brigade are up to.

Each profession will be able to gain a great new nano formula for completing this quest series as well as other items and rewards along the way!

The Mysteries of Rubi-Ka

With many strange discoveries being made in Shadowlands and the scientific communities knowledge of the ancient Xan increasing attention now turns to the strange anomalies found on Rubi-Ka itself.

What are the links between the unexplained on Rubi-Ka and the ancient beings that once mastered Notum for themselves!

Mid level players will be able to explore a series of quests that will see them exploring Rubi-Ka for the answers to these questions and more!

Gameplay Features

Of course the updates aren't just about the new content, and there will be the usual host of new game updates and changes, here are some of the things you can expect to see in 17.6

* New items added to the OFAB vendor.
* More new items and weapons added to the Rubi-Ka loot tables.
* The lockout timer on orbital strikes and air raids will be extended.
* Over-Equip levels have been corrected for all engineer pets so that they scale correctly now.

I swear this has been in the patch notes more than once since i started playing :P
