Server down for emergency patch (sevral downtimes)

I just logged on and APs told me there was a downtime for an emergency patch.

Short after, I was disconnected so I assume it's the downtime.

We will be restarting all dimensions at 03:50 our time (just over 10 minutes from now).

We are still in the process of trying to establish the cause of the issues tonight and are preparing to tweak some of the server configuration settings, however we can't be sure until things come back up whether this will fully resolve, or help with the current issue as we have yet to identify the cause.

The dimensions will be down for at least one hour, possibly more, but we will let you all know as soon as we have further details.
