 Well I try I have completely stoppped smoking cigarettes, which is fantastic Im doing really well sometimes I crave but im able to sustain & keep it under control. Not smoking at work as become an every day thing its not hard at all.

Chewing gum while driving stops that craving aswell. I have had a couple of cigars when I go out drinking or when I want to really just chill & talk to my housemate I might light one up & have a casual smoke.

This is a rare occasion & in no way getting me back on the ciggarettes. I wont buy them & I wont bum them.

P.S Butr has some really good advice!!! Use it dont use it

*hugs* All

Fairly well, taken 3-4 snus since I quit, the part-smoking got sorta out of control for a while, but good now, chewing nicotine gum.

9 days is uber awesome Butr. Thats 36 less ciggarettes than you would have. Is that like a whole pack? Nice one!

Be sure you ALL get lung function tests people! Smokers and Ex-smokers have a high risk of developing emphysema and COPD. If you have reduced lung function you need to be adressing it as early as possible. Studies show that using medications such as tiotropium EARLIER rather than LATER can reduce/slow the reduction in lung function in later life!!!

Now that you are all basically EX-smokers go get it done!!!!

Still going strong, lungs seem healthy.

- Not smoking at work
- Not smoking cigarettes or Hubly

Occasionally having a cigar on a very rare occasion. All in all its a way better improvement & not that rough to do. Gratz Kitty btw for still going strong.

Butr Rulz Koss, take care & keep up with the positive vibes of quitting or at least cutting down
