As well, I (and i'm not alone) remember well the orgs you mentioned. We even hosted the org bot for Nemesis for a long while when they sadly started to experience some issues with activity.
We welcome many returning players in AP and we are happy to offer them a new home and family and help them rediscover the game and progress. We'll be happy to welcome you.
Your first steps, after getting rid of your time-rust (some old school RK missions and daily missions, and some hunting around usually do the trick), will be to get your enforcer to 220 (which should be fast) and then AI 30. Then you'll have the Research, no idea where you are with that.
Level 220 is important because it will totally open all equipment to you.
With our raids 6 times a week, quests, teams, you should be able to get the SK fast, and we'll see what you need for your equipment. Dust Brigade quest? Instances? Etc.
As you're in Europe, you should be able to join as many of our raids as you want. You can see for example the agenda for this week here:

You can usually find AP members at the big Vanguards building ramp near OA grid terminal.
If you can’t find a member you can self invite by typing

This is a temporary invite, so you'll have to do it each time you want to be on guest chat.
Once on guest chat, feel free to ask for an officer and introduce yourself, and also ask for help with any questions you may have about your application.
At some point soon, after you've spent some time with us, an officer will contact you for a brief interview.
