Hi all.

I'm an old, though not nearly as knowledgeable as i should be, player. Been around on and off since 2002ish with a big break from 07-16.

I'd like to join an org where I can learn something and help out as much as possible. I have been a member of VA for a while with Omssan and Emnm being my mains there.

I have wanted to apply here for while but didnt feel right leaving VA. Lately VA has been rather quiet and after teaming recently with super helpful/friendly AP member Subtonic/Frazzles I decided to apply.

My time zone is CST (-6GMT)
I fully agree to AP COC.

Chuc is my main I'd say. I prefer to play DD prof. But i have many incomplete alts

Hello Chuc We are happy to welcome people who want to learn. We will help them and we'll be glad to do so, if they work by themselves too.

It's good to hear you have been for for quite a long time, even if you don't have many characters.

And so, you belonged to and org inside our Allinace... This means that as long as there is no known issue about you (and I reassure you, we are not aware of any) and as long as you leav your previous org in decent terms, you application to join us will be very fast.

That's basically because you have shared the values of Alliance orgs and we have more or less met you. You, by the way, mention you teamed with AP members.

So, first thing, please read our Code of Conduct and org chat recommendations that you can find there:

After this, join our guest channel on our org bot so we can meet/team online. Any AP member can invite you to guest chat. It does not have to be an officer.

You can of course ask the AP members you're teamed with.

You can usually find AP members at the big Vanguards building ramp near OA grid terminal.
If you can’t find a member you can self invite by typing /tell Bobsan !join
This is a temporary invite, so you'll have to do it each time you want to be on guest chat.

Once on guest chat, feel free to ask for an officer and introduce yourself, and also ask for help with any questions you may have about your application.

At some point soon, after you've spent some time with us, an officer will contact you for a brief interview. As our officers can be busy with raids and other duties, it may take a moment to contact you. Always feel free to tell an officer that you are there.
