Hey, I'm a (so far) level 41ish meta-physicist named Convoke and I'd love to join Athen Paladins. I started playing AO shortly before Shadowlands was released for a year or so, and I recently came back with a friend during the free month thing they had, wanting to see all the stuff I never had the opportunity to back then (mostly because I was really, really bad at the game). I made a shade and so far I've gotten to do exciting stuff like forget to put my boots on in Inferno and not die in an alien city raid. I've been having a blast.

My reasons for wanting to join are boring: I just want to meet and play with new and cool people. I've had the pleasure of doing a couple things with Athen Paladins members and they've always been great. My shade is currently in a terrific org I got invited to by a friend I met while leveling, but I decided to make this MP for a change of pace and to not burn out on the SK grind. I've been enjoying it a lot and would like to take this character to a high level as well, and figured it was a perfect opportunity to join a different org and meet some new people.

My timezone is EST and I'm generally always online late at night, but often during the day as time permits. I've read the Code of Conduct, rules and recommendations and agree of course. I thoroughly enjoy the PvM in this game but currently have zero interest in PvP. Despite learning (and relearning) a lot about the game, I really enjoy helping people where I can.

I'm not entirely certain how much information is wanted so I'll end here. Thanks for your time, and I look forward to meeting you in-game.

The next step would be to join our bot as a guest to meet/team online. Any member can invite you to guest chat. You can usually find AP members hanging out at the Vanguards ramp next to the OA grid. If you can’t find a member you can try Clan OOC to see if any AP members are on.

At some point soon, after you've spent some time with us, an officer will contact you for a brief interview. As our officers can be busy with raids and other duties, it may take a few days to contact you.
