Things start to get better.. 
Add a Dreadloch Sniper's Friend, or a Nar Shere's Earring of Tapping into HUD2 maybe.. Replace that QL172 right-wrist imp?
Also replace the ear imp for one with Shiny NCU Memory, Bright NanoCost and Faded *add any cluster here*... More useful than just 22 psychic

The right wrist is gonna go soon, prolly to ql 250 parry imp for MA attacks
