Veteran points info pls

Its a simple question again , how many points (veteran) u get per 6 months?
i have expansions for 14 months and i only got 1 vet point. is that correct?

At 6 months you should have been given 1 point, and after 12 months, 2 more points. Are you sure of the dates?

kinda same here I've been paying for over 2 years, still only got 6 points, yet my brother has been paying a month longer than me and he has like 15 points

Had the same issue when I last paid for my main acc.
I knew I had 37 months paid by then, but didn't get the last 6 points.
Ended up sending an e-mail to support, were a GM (one I've never heard of before) first claimed my account was perfectly oki.

Had to detail it out for him to a level I'd belive a higly trained accounts personell would have checked faster, explaining my paycycles, and when I would receive how many points, and add them up for him...
