I'm guessing best toons would be
Engi, MP, MA, Enf?
Crat may go ok, but not sure.
WTB more details on step 5,7,8,9.

Best thing in ToTW is a GA3 fix
Re: WTB guide to making ubertwink for ToTW PST
60 enf is best best.
roll an atrox enf, finish research, put in a 6 slot belt, decide on either a 102-103 howlet or 160 cleaver + 100-102 chirop, or mortigg beaters.
Drawbacks to 2hb: imps are strength based, strength conflicts with 2HB in all spots.
Drawbacks to chirop/dueling: dimach, SA, MM need IP.
Benefits: 1HB/2HB has 87 buff
Benefits: 1HE easy to twink, 1HB easy to twink, and non conflicting.
You want: pretty high HP, high nanopool, highest nanocost without getting retarded or giving up needed NCU, NR, AR, Brawl AR, melee init (get from rage).
Some ways to achieve the reasonable cost is: use COH neck item, farm 4 NCU's from foremans offering -1 cost each, and hardcore NCU upgrade -10 to -12 dep on CL.
formans NCU's can be up to -1 cost and 24 NCU near the top end, which with a 6 slot belt would give you:
-5% cost from research
-12% cost from hardcore
-5% (5x1%) from foremans NCU's
for -22% overall, and possibly 2-3% more from implants (JOBe so need QL 100 max)
+ any MP buffs, can easily cap trox cost at 60.
As for NCU:
8 Base
4 research
30 from COH neck,
5x24 from foremans NCU's
a few more from implants and armour.
You don't need evades, just enough to not get chain critted. So, that means implant agi; which also helps with high QL carbonum armour: which helps to eek out more NCU, more nano pool, which will help you more than more HP, which should also give you reasonable AC's.
There is a 20m credit setup, with not too much work involved.
With a QL 60 infantry head (min lvl 44), and nearly maxed bio met, matter met, You should be able to use second mongo, which heals 1000+ over 10 seconds, and adds 1038 HP. (20% at that level).
If you use lowest rage to bolster your NR and melee init, you'll have no problem with NR, melee init and a nice dmg shield to boot.
MAx first aid and implant where possible to get nice QL nano stims. 2nd mongo should be enough to heal through most of what gets through "shrug off hits", which should be researched asap. It will block at least 50% of incoming damage, followed by 13% reflects, and finally your big HP will take care of the rest.
You will be able to solo all totw with a setup like this, self buffed and totally self sufficient.
