Chilled rain sprinkles own over browning grass, the morning giving way to small patches of frost, thick fogs rolling across the empty fields. Animals store their food swiftly, preparing for the long, dark winter to come.

All around is the scent of autumn. The sweet, honeyed smell of rot and decay fills the air as the world shifts, slowly plummeting into the cold months of darkness.

The nights grow longer. The setting sun races toward the horizon, wishing only to escape the world, greedily stealing it's warmth away and leaving mankind to struggle for themselves. Long shadows stretch under the yellowing light of a harvest moon, spilling over the landscape, stretching out into black pools of ink and emptiness.

Dead, dry leaves tumble across the city streets, gray branches reaching out from decaying trees as though skeletal fingers. Their forms wave and dance in the cold fall breeze as though beckoning, waving you toward their grasp, the wind's whistle a quiet banshee wail.

Shivers cascade over your spine. Your heart begins to race. Something seems to move - A blurred, silent shape, just beyond your peripheral vision. You turn quickly only to see nothing but the gently shaking branches. For the first time in what feels like an eternity, you dare to breathe.

And then, somewhere in the darkness, beyond what your eyes can see... something goes bump in the night.

The time draws near, young ones, where we begin our little dance once more. My treats call out to you - The sweet temptations we both hold so dear. But nothing comes for free, least of all where I'm concerned, and I assure you that my dark and deadly tricks have not been dulled by another year's rest.

We will play a game. Myself versus all of you. And while I eagerly await testing your strength, the fields and deserts of Rubi-Ka are not my only dominion. Here, on these... "forums"... which you seem to enjoy, we can play another game. A test of will, of the mind - For those who have keen eyes and even keener wits. To those who prove worthy I may very well offer some of my treats. But to those who fail... well. I am growing oh so hungry...

The first clue has already been given, and more will be spread over the coming days. This month is my time, Rubi-Ka my hunting grounds. And you, my young ones, are nothing but prey.

i dont understand, can someone explain to me please?
uph is all over the place, and u get mission to kill him too. so why is riddle? is some special loot?

i got 4 chapmans and all the toys last time and the year before and the year before.

one year he was on our land, so u could go city controller and farm away, in our high ql land, i forget where now.

The puzzle last year was an absolute killer

Tefe you will find uncle pumpkin head posting clues and hints on the forums or vandelizing other peoples posts

Last yeah they were fairly well hidden but followed a general pattern in the way they were written so it was easy enough to find them with the search function once you knew what to look for.

Yup as sill said last year i spent hours on the forums gathering the clues to take like highlighted words or words in itallics from each clue & then making up a riddle to find where UPH was going to be hiding. It landed up being a pretty obscure riddle even if u got all the words in the right order.

As an example of last years clues & stuff with help from Hyde..... I pulled this from an old forums msg. Beloe are all the clues that we took the highlighted words from to make a sentence that would lead you to the place that you needed to email FC.
The words in the clues: North Fly Rest For From Here Facing Picture Flying Pests It was a bitch.....

I cant remember exactly but i think a few leet keys were given out and jobe apartments but not many got last years right, as grind said it was really really obscure even when you had all the clues. I spent hours trying to work it out and still didnt get it

what are leet keys?

keys are a serial code that when entered into your accounts page on the Ao website unlock usually not availible items for you (they are usually the same as the preorder presents). So the leet key gives you a nano formula that will cast a leet pet for you (much like the adv charm) however these leets have much more unique looks and can also be battled with other peoples leets.
