I'm leeching 24/24 every time now and I must admit that it's much more fun than spamming the good ol' Cauterise.

It takes a while to get used to, but at 50/50 HR/AR you can keep the tank in the green and still put out around 1k dps.

I advise every healer to at least try leeching a few times
