In other words:

Normal org city (as now): they are in the world map so they use room on Rubi-Ka and can only exist at pre-defined locations.

Instanced cities: they are created when someone of the org that owns the city "enters" the city (grid, teleport, portal,... we'll see, not yet decided) so they don't take room on RK. They are like missions except that they are memorized and will be rebuilt when someone wants to enter them. As they don't take room, the number of instnaced cities is unlimited, making possible for every org to own an instanced city.

And given the fact that the 'normal' cities remain as is too, the question arises what the differences will be.

Differences:

- no org (player) market in instanced cities

- upkeep roughly the same as a relatively small regular city

- (not sure) maybe not room for all buildings (certainly -or almost certainly- not for social buildings anyhow)

Fisty: no city can be attacked in PvP. No reason why instanced would be more attachable than regular cities, especially as instanced cities do not exist until an org member enters them. ;)
