The TSW forums have a LOT of wasted space on screen unless the comment is a very long one. This is due to the icons for each faction being part of the forum display. You can turn off Avatars easily in the "User CP" > "Options" screen, but not the faction icons.
If you're using FireFox or Chrome, find the browser extension "Adblock Plus". Not only will it block nearly any ad (unless you disable the blocking ... it does on rare occasions affect wanted pop-ups) but it will also let you arbitrarily block page elements.
Once you have it loaded and running, go to the TSW forums and right-click on -any- post's faction icon. Select "Block Element". Ok it and reload the page. It will block all 3 factions icons with a single entry.
The color of each faction will still show, if you care, but the icon goes away and on 1-3 line posts you'll get about 25% of the post's box space removed.
(I browse 40 posts at a time, so it saves a lot of scrolling if you remove both Avatars and the faction icons ... but just removing one or the other saves a fair amount)
