The outfit means I have today finished to discover all the 525 powers available in TSW (not counting the auxiliary weapons powers). So I can use any of them now in my "builds". I "completed the wheel".
The thing around me -and distributed to team members if there was any around- is an elite Blood Magic power I can now use. (The very last powers I trained don't have very specific visuals so i used this one for the picture.) You're almost right Noobas: if I cast that:
- I take 40% less damage
- teammates get an absorb
- teammates get heals over time
(That said, Bredin is our big healer.)
