When organizing events, please put a DATE in the TITLE

It's absolutely awesome to have AP's organizing events for the cabal.

One little thing: for clarity and a better chance of success, let's all please put a date in the title of our posts. Don't rely only on the context because it can become confusing after a while, especially when we keep on posting in the same thread after the event time.

For example, don't use
"Nightmare 18/18 run Friday 21GMT"
but instead please use
"Nightmare 18/18 Friday July 3, 21GMT"

And, if relevant, add a mention "register" like:
"Nightmare 18/18 Friday July 3, 21GMT - Register here"

Also, unless there is a very specific reason for not doing so: new event = new thread please. (Like we do for AO raids.)
