I am Wileilli, an opifex agent, I started to play February 6th, 2015, I am pretty new player but I've been trying to reach to the top as soon as possible (with reading AO-Universe and asking from people). I live in the timezone UTC+2

If you go to the big Vanguards building ramp next to A grid, you will normally find AP members there , just ask them to invite you to our guest chat
Or send a tell to an AP officer (only a few names here)
