Sorry not been around much but had a holiday for a couple of weeks and have been ill for about 2 weeks now since the holiday. Only energy i could muster was helping my son with Overwatch.

getting back to full fitness and the next few weeks are hell workwise, all over the UK, as well as Paris, Guernsey, IOM and a few others!
