Hello, my in-game character's name is Indebt and I would like to join Athen Paladins.
I have played Anarchy since 2012 with breaks, although my max character is still 87.
My time zone is GMT+3 and I play around 9 pm - 1 am.
Admittedly all my characters are omni, but after taking a break I decided to make a clanner -
Level 62 - Bureaucrat - Indebt.
I want to join the Paladins to do team content of Anarchy, and I want to learn new stuff from professionals like you.

Hello Indebt and welcome to our forums. 
Once again, we are happy to see old players coming back. And, if after those years, you're still at a relatively small level, it's not a problem, as long as you want to progress and learn with us.
Now, let's go directly to the Omni characters question. We totally understand that, with the age of AO, people have characters in several factions.
We nevertheless put a single but strict requirement in this case: to join us, someone must not have characters that are active in PvP against Clans (or support PvP against Clans in any way), especially in wars or at Tarasque, but also in "street PvP" (often referred to as "ganking"). Consensual PvP and duels are fine. Battlestations (which are not anymore really faction-based) are of course fine too.
Back to your application, the first thing to do now is to read our Code of Conduct and org chat recommendations that you can find there:
You can of course ask the AP members you're teamed with.
You can usually find AP members at the big Vanguards building ramp near OA grid terminal.
If you can’t find a member you can self invite by typing /tell Bobsan !join
This is a temporary invite, so you'll have to do it each time you want to be on guest chat.
Once on guest chat, feel free to ask for an officer and introduce yourself, and also ask for help with any questions you may have about your application.
At some point soon, after you've spent some time with us, an officer will contact you for a brief interview. As our officers can be busy with raids and other duties, it may take a moment to contact you. Always feel free to tell an officer that you are there.

Hey Chrisax, thank you for the fast reply. About the pvp rule, I never did any pvp against clans except a bunch of BS and duels here and there.
