It's still about Chris

Hello everyone!

It's been a while but Chris is finally back home on RK with us and he picked up right where he left of ingame - for us. But if you ever talked with him, you'd know that things for him arent as easy as we'd hope in real life.

Since september, we've picked up quite a few new faces, so here's some context: Chris was hit hard by a heart accident and sent to the hospital for surgery. Recovery was slower than we hoped for.
Back then we assumed (him included) that he won’t be able to work for a few months. However these "few months" developed into more than half a year. In addition, he also has his sick brother to take care of. Yes, without an income...

Nevertheless, he joined us back because we, the AO community, are important to him. And he is important to us.
Why would we care about him, you ask? Well then you are probably new to AO, but we can't blame you, since Chris was always modest about what he brings to the table:
- Chris hosts DARKNET, yes, THE network allowing announcements in AO.
- He hosts the history and the Auno archives history systems for bots of all types, and hosts various forums, guides, and bots of many kinds.
- He also created databases for AO devs who used them to polish the game in its 20+ years of existence.

In October, we’ve decided to help him for the months to come with a funding campaign. We didnt reach the target and since Chriss' condition still isn't allowing him to resume work, we have to wake up the fundraiser.

If you are able, please consider contributing to the cause. The money is for Chris directly to cover the basic day-to-day necessities. Any bit helps. If your situation does not make it possible to help with a donation, spread the word and remind Rubi-ka who’s at stake here.
