I personaly like lvl 60 for twinking, My soldier is undergoing a massive change right now, i got 3 pieces of combined sharpshooters armor and i plan on getting all 7 pieces even if it takes me a year:)
The wep i am getting on is a ql 123 mortig blaster. should do just fine.
After i use the ai armor to get the gun on , what do you suggest for armor? or should i keep the full set of sharp shooters on?
What do you think Alpha? or Sill?

First of all, talk to Dock (AKA Iatis/Dockfix/Dockarts/Newdockmule/etc) he has a 60 soldier rookie Dockling. He says that Mortiig weps aren't that good, he prefers JAME. And if you can afford keeping your CSS on, keep it.

AI armor > other armor for pvp twinks! 8)

JAME > any other weapon for 60 solja. FA recharge at that level is poor, and ya prob not get all that many more max bullets from FA either. your Attack Skill with burst is going to be so much higher too.

As for agent.. AP seriously needs level 30-46 twinks.. hint hint

Ill make a 30-46 my next project ramp

currently im working on a 75 adv, and also twinking up a 75 low hp nt for nasc.

As for 60 sols they are good to an extent but i know dock had toruble with his. While good in general they jsut dont have an alpha against any toon with twinked evades, for example dockling cant alpha blastwave as generally no more than 1 or 2 bullets actually land and burst generally misses.
