Calculating special recharge times

You can find a spreadsheet I made for calculating weapon recharge times here. It's on google docs, and anyone should be able to edit it.

I'm goign to make some graphs, so you can see how far you need to get your skill up to get to capped specials.

Ok I've made a couple graphs now, you can't see them if you just open it thrugoogle, so download and open it to look at the graphs.

All you do is use the sliders to adjust the weapon attack time, recharge time, and skill to use, then, the graph changes in accordance with the new values.

This way, when you (before) twink a wep on, you can see how much your recharge times adjust per skill increases. Also, I made a graph of number of attacks per minute, so, from that you can get an idea of your damage, and figure out which special will be most effective.

Is there a way to make a version that would be usable only and not editable, so no one can spoil your work? I never use that Google system.

Well there are options that you can select in excel to make it a read only copy, but I don't knwo if that transfers over into the file in Googdocs.

I know you can select it to be a read only copy in goggle docs, but then I'm not sure if people can down load it, or just look at it....

I looked around a bit for that before I uploaded it, but I couldn't find anything about it, but AFAIK google docs uses a version control system so you can roll back changes if someone messes something up.
