Yes the show is uber cheesy, especially Season One, but how many shows are centered on an MMO? Lots of great moments. I loved it!

TSW is the easier of the two for me. We're already reasonably geared with talis/weps, builds, and skills, so when we play it can be pure fun. No stress or grinding.

I still play TSW sometimes. Mostly ED & Foo. Never see anyone logged.

Haven't even patched SWTOR lately, but prolly will this weekend. TBH I just wanna check out the dog-fighting and maybe play some Huttball for old time's sake. I'd love any opinions on the current status of the game in general tho ...

I'm still trying to internalize that AO is very different than SWTOR & TSW in how leveling happens, as well as the relationship of PvE to PvP. In both of those games you can (and I did) level almost entirely from PvP.

That's part of why I'm having a hard time getting engaged in AO ...

I may have misspoke when I said "Fist". (?) I meant an MA Doc, sans weps.

I get that Docs are a 100% support class in war, but is it viable to absolutely ignore all offensive weps, or will I regret that when I try to solo PvM for social reasons or in support of a PvP habit?

@noobas: yeah, the pvp community in tsw wasn't great. Fusang was (imo) pretty fun, but never reached the workable balance a persistent zone needs. It became a zerg-fest, shortly followed by one faction having its boot on the neck of the others. This caused a lot of heartburn for new pvp'ers wanting ...

I just remember watching you position bosses in Polaris and DW, thinking "I'm really glad that's not me".
