Oh well, as we are with the Scots here (but no hard rock or metal by the way)...

When a sad love song of 1841 becomes the hymn of the young generation in Scotland on a Midsummer's night; just watch the audience around 3 and 5 minutes in... Loch Lomond (by a band who was young 30 years ago but that doesn't matter when they play)

(If for some unknown reason, you don't understand Scottish Gaelic, the "Ho ho..." verse everyone sings is "Ho, ho mo leannan / ho mo leannan bòidheach" which simply means "oh my love(r), my beautiful/perfect love(r)".)

And, nothing to do with Scotland, but I'll add 4:14 of pure happiness for me, colored Pink

(OK, not sure she was not a bit tipsy but the performance is just great; a guitar and your guts are enough)

And, as we are with the past, looking deeper in the past, a great tune from a prison

and another from a dirty old town

and a look from a watchtower

And to finish with this journey in the past, as we were at Christmas time not long ago, time to conclude with a fairy-tale in Big Apple
