Returning to AO - looking for a family! / Lieulum

Hello all,
I'm returning to AO after several years away.
I originally started playing around 2004-ish, and hung around for a bit. Started a number of characters, but my main is Lieulum, a Nano-mage Metaphysicist. She's only about level 59 or thereabout. I hopped onto different characters. and am pretty casual besides.

I got sucked into other MMOs over the years, but always thought about coming back to AO. Love the atmosphere and the universe, and the class design, etc. Nothing else out there like it. So, decided to take the plunge and hop back in!

Shouted in ClanOOC for any Orgs recruiting and was contacted by two of your members. I remember Athen Paladins going back as far as I started playing. Always saw your members hanging out in Old Athen, which is where I usually am if I'm not doing missions.

I know there's a ton of stuff I havent' done yet. I've barely scratched the surface of Rubi-Ka, nevermind Shadowlands or Alien Invasion content. I'm not in a hurry to get through it all, but I am having to learn the ropes again and figure out what path I want to take forward.

In any case! There's my introduction and I'm very interested in joining a stable Org (I think AP definitely qualifies lol).

I live in EST, and am on sometimes during the day when I'm not working. Otherwise, at night after 9:30PM.

2. ENTER OUR HOME

Join our guest channel on our org bot ("Bobsan") so we can meet in Anarchy Online:
- Ask any AP member to invite you to our guest channel. Just say you are an applicant.
You can usually find AP members at the ramp of the big Vanguards building near Old Athen Grid terminal (where the NPC Ramon Bauer stands).
OR
- Invite yourself: if you can’t find a member you can self invite by typing /tell Bobsan !join
These are temporary invites: do it again each time you want to be on guest chat.

Once on guest chat, feel free to introduce yourself and ask for an officer. Also ask for help with any questions you may have about your application.

At some point, an officer will contact you for a brief interview.


3. FIND AN OFFICER TO TALK TO

Help, questions, concerns, interview… Officers are here for you.

Once you are on our Guest channel (see #2 above), do !online in chat to see who is online and to find any of the officers listed below.

You can directly see if a specific officer is online and on what alt, by using the command !is in chat, like for example, !is Reyz will return the character(s) Reyz is online with.
