Im not sure but wasnt there a few staffs given out as prizes for a pvp competition a while back, it may well be one of those.

I have seen the weapon before and seen a post of it. Yes it is a PvP winners staff, but for the moment I cannot recall the name.

I believe it is a Staff of the Champion. Purely for looks.

Toxicmen is also one of the worst cheaters in game. He used to use every exploit he could to win in pvp. He used the bot heal on himself, perk transfers, could even make his pets attack non flagged people on zone, and more. He was banned several times for doing such things endlessly. Sadly, some of these things are still allowed by the game as FC is too lazy/inept to fix them.

Not to mention chaining SB

He was "just seeing if it was up already". LOL.

Yeah ironically, he wins the PVP tourny ... shows how much FC cares about the rules.
