17.5: the great new shoulderpads from Penumbra

Here are the new Penumbra shoulderpads.

They are all nodrop and unique and must be equipped on right shoulder.

Brawn is aimed at melee users
Powerful mind at nano users
Explosive power at range users

But they are not profession locked.

They are quite easily equippable for Titles 7, but with some big twinking for level 190ish if the abilities required are not your green ones..

There are superior versions, with only slightly higher requirements.

they are endgame shoulders in disguise, still 900 attribs is doable 210 quite easily. With major perkreseting which has become expected now with the 2h prekreset lockdown it is expected that requirements for new gear are higher then before to a certain lvl.

One ofab pad, one Icy?

You'll lose only 20 AR but gain 3% crit/15AAD/10 specialattack AR.
