My account is frozen right now, i checked billing and i have paid for 12 months playtime started 2007-03-29. So why all this mess? I sent funcom support 2 mails but still nothing.I am disappointed from funcom once again. its friday today and it seens that i will lost the weekend. Only froob account is active (ofc its a froob)

This sounds nasty, I played some this morning cant say whether it will be okay when i get home.

Are you using Prepaid cards to pay btw? they're in a huge mess atm with those.
