Noobas from my experience trying to do big stuff at around 5pm-10pm is a gamble. It can be super-sweet if you can get keen people as you are likely to get a spot due to lack of supply. On the other hand you can be perma-stuck with half a team because of said lack of supply.
Weekends, Saturday 5am-12pm is pretty good as is sunday same time. Friday night if you can stay up till 11pm+ and same on saturday night you can also start to pick up teams.
But other than that you will generally be on during low population times during the week. I always get up before my GF so weekends i can play for a while until she gets all aggro'd and then i have to break. She also sleeps early so i can play late^^

Well since I started this thread, I might as well use it to document some of my latest achievements, especially with regards to Mitaar et al.
Recently completed on nooblets:
Mitaar x4 no real phatz.
Vortex x 1 again, no real phatz
XAN x 3 got one nano deck activation device, which makes it look like it might pinch or poke the skin, like, you wouldn't want to wear it unless you had some protection... I guess I'll need a piece of cloth or something.
Other updates: I've learned that my internet is much slower than in canada. Dueling is harder. I lag for 0.5 seconds before an action takes place. RI not stacking with form of Risan really sucks. Love the new Xan 5 hour buff: great for dueling and BS and DD. Got a new support Xan ear thing. yay! I'm trying out a DD setup (with full disharmony perked, and no NR perks) on MA, and will go more into DD mode until I finish with these bastard XAN instances.
I'm working on a couple new things on my keeper: Notucomm TC: 80 dodge range, at behest of honourable lups, whose advice I take very seriously. Working towards a fully defensive setup. (There are only three spots which can go offensive or defensive: right wrist, hands and hud 3. (heavy bracer vs sandy goo, apocalypse gloves vs silken legchoppers and offense hud vs defense hud) All other spots are already filled irreversibly.
Will NOT be using a hotswap gun, (grind, you can have that supernova back), will be upgrading to a QL 250 sword and I will just leave it in. I don't think the benefits of having a hotswappable wep outweigh the lags and other associated problems, such as the equipment nerfing needed to do it.
That said, I should be able to move into a position of about 1850-1900 evades: (static dodge ranged+AAD), and a bit higher evade-clsc depending on a couple swaps (MNTC for NTC etc), apocalypse gloves vs silken legchoppers.
Contemplating an adjustment to move to a QL 250 evade feet implant, which, would invariably cost me several hundreds of millions of creds, but increase my evade close by 7, dodge range by 4, and AAD by 3, and may or may not be worth it depending on how close I get to perkable status for soldiers. I may need to retwink again with QL 230 right arm and left arm and leg symbs, to push the AAD and evades out another 4-6 points, depending on calculations and my patience, this will be a last ditch effort, at which time I'll do a few IPR's on soem skills that are questionable. At the same time I'll make a QL 250 left wrist implant with NR, RS and one other skill, hopefully melee dmg.
Optional adjustments I may make are moving to a 5 AAD and 500 AC alien augmenttion hud, getting a glimmering ring from hollow island (24 evades alltypes and Runspeed), trying to get some (maybe)flycatcher specs (20 AAD, 7 better than QL 255 CM, but lose some offense, add dmg and hp), Then, I'll be needing to farm 1 igoc and buy 1 more to complete the armour setup.
There are other options, some of which are active already such as personal tower modifiers (29AAD atm, could move to 44 if joining AP, and lets get some higher towers?) resist fear nano (15AAD), and fully perking holy mark, for 48 dodge range and 60ish? evade cls.
With the setup posted above, I should be ready for towers, and only really have to worry about defending SA and AS.

AAD feet cluster is 30m on GMS for QL250, and you don't even need that high QL. Implant as well as Evade/Dodge clusters are rollable.
No way that would cost several hundreds of millions of creds.
Anyway not sure you want to move from Infantry symb to Feet imp. Those few pts of def will cost you 100ish meleeinit, 30 agi (for armor?), 11 AR, and some damageshield.

for the record lups, I've been using a QL 229 evade feet imp for a while now.
And, you're right, I built an exact QL 250 feet evade iimp for les than 100m
And I also realized I might be moving back to the infantry foot, due to the 13 aao.
I'm annoyed at my keepers lack of success, but, I've realized one super important thing:
Keepers have inately GOOD defenses, including coon, reflects, SOME evades, and decent AR.
I've decided that there is no way to kill people by evading them to death... nerf that thought.
So, I've decided to supercharge my AR, already I'm up to 1940, and increasing. I'm goign to recind that decision on the QL 250 evade foot, and put in enduring foot, as well as retwink all symbs, then put a igoc on, and hopefully another, which should bring me close to 2000static AR.
with 2000 static AR I'm hoping that my natural (read "untwinked") defences SHOULD provide enough defences to outlast an annoying advy or MA or fixer long enough for me to beat the pee out of them with my superbunga AR .. whatever that is...
Anyway, ~2000 static AR + 130 AAO or whatever it is with insight should give me enough AR to hit even the most mosquitoish advies and MA's in limber, and hopefully with decent timing kill them in that 35 seconds prior to DOF popping again. Advy coon will be annoying, but hey, what part of killing an advy was easy?
