Translation: don't try and roll any TL7 right now if you want it to focus on PvP when it hits endgame. You have absolutely no idea right now who will come out on top. Fixer is going to have even less alpha when the changes happen (no more AS + FA akimbo-style, which is what EVERY PvP Fixer uses).
