Two hour downtime

Just now a two hour downtime was announced.

For the 18.4 patch. Really surprised it's already out, never even saw a working items shop or other browser functions on test and figured there'd be more to do yet.

Removed post. Irrelevant. I didn't see they patched 18.4 already.

I was on the server before the second downtime.
The ingame shops etc were up and running.
I even saw the tradeskill slider .
