What AP needs is twinks at the low level range.
these should be cheap, easy builds, effective, and strong DD.
I would argue that TL1-2 twinks should be built to kill tower sites, NOT to PVP.
This means: nelebs battlerod, decent NCU, enforcer, trader, doctor, maybe GA1/2 fixer, maybe soldier.
Nothing hardcore, no AI armour, just a decent setup that you can go whack a CT for a while with a hot and some HP buffs.
99% of the time, there will be no competition, all thats needed is Q/afk.

I'm probably going to build some froob enforcers for this with all shop bought stuff and a good mongo+nelebs rod to just beat on CT's.
could use probably any level between 14 and 34 or so.

My trader will end up in this range. Already farmed him the battlerod/cloak and have him saved in Pen garden (going to farm him a +10 ring ... mostly because ... I haven't done it before and don't expect to do another twink in this level range so might as well do the hard deed once).
However he'll be neutral. Mop's cool with my doing towers in 1024, but if I ever plant a CC it will be expressly with the plan to let the site rot and be killed.

Adding some explanations to what Noobas said:
The contracts our org can use (that buff everyone and also are different for Org City buffs) depends on the number of CT we own and the total QL of the CT we own.

A level 25 CT doesn't look important but it allows us, in accordance with the rules of the game, to:
- add contracts for 50 more QL points (for example using a 250 contract instead of a 200)
- add 2 more contracts (within the QL limits) as it's 2 contacts allowed per CT
So, in fact, it's not bad at all and can make the difference in many twinking situations!
But low sites come and go fast. In most situations, defending them is extremely hard because they can be destroyed extremely fast, so it's often better to just take another site very quickly. hence what Noobas said: having a little group of correctly equipped (nothing reat and we can help) lowbies can assure us to always have a low level site up with some real benefits.

ya, and, if you want to be a real sneak bastard, follow this advice:
1. this only works if you have a trader on ANOTHER account.
2. roll a froob/paid twink NOT on your trader's acount.
3. park your trader near the site.
4. bring your toon in range of towers, team your trader, pop sacrifice on trader (+1300 dmg for 25 seconds)
5. beat the crap out of the CT in 25 seconds with 2-3 other friends.
6. Win.
It's horrible tactix, but brutally efficient. Especially if you got a toon using weaps like CDR's with lightning fast fling/burst + duel weild.
+1300 dmg on a toon using duel CDR's will do about 50k damage in 25 seconds. (roughly that of a TL7 toon), so, you got that on 2-3 people and it's goodbye level 35-50 CT
If you don't like this type of thing, just go for the neleb rod approach, which works great with/without special tactics.

was thinkin about makin an atrox trader w/ nelebs havent a clue wat level to make em tho.. welcome all suggestions pls
/ also have a ga1 disc so fix could be an idea as well...

follow these steps (roughly)
quick twink CL
twink agi
twink treat
replace treatment imps with CL imps
replace NCU
Twink Fling shot, multi range
psy mod+TS, drain up, equip comp lit pistols, drain up til you can use trader mogul
Figure out how much CL you'll have with trader mogul, and buy top NCU's for it
start casting trader mogul, while it's casting, remove buffs so you have room for it,
replace NCU's while TM's up.
Twink the rest of your stuff. 2HB/nano pool/TS/PM/evades
equip carb, go pwn towers.

Some other toons that could be extremely useful:
1. 85 trader / MP in full CS I saw deathsrow 85 trader drain/disable... get this: me, ima, rmik, xtremeenf and a 92 fixer... tanked all of us for ... lol as long as it took. the five of us couldn't beat him. Thats a solid toon.
2. level 33 enf/doc/trader/MP Level 25 also good.

im working on my MP lvl 76, tryng to equip a good parry stick on it, this is the "final" setup. http://auno.org/ao/equip.php?saveid=173938 . Need a set of Strong armor ql 60-75 to equip a better parry stick and still miss Philosophical Slither Larvae!.
Im thinking on try to put on Sandy Wrist's but i will need Freedom Arms 3927k Ultra, 20+ stamina and strg, we have that in org bank?
I also have one lvl 60 soldier semi twnked (still need tim scope and some stuff) , and i want to make one lvl 41 froob twnk with cdr's.
Maybe a lvl 25 enforcer will be good too?
