Chat and lag issues with bots caused by FC's XML server

Currently, FC's XML servers (data on characters) encounter huge speed issues and this just makes many functions in orgs and public bots (like Warsrus, Tarakill , etc.) unable to work properly.

Please bump kindly (I'm sure it's the way you bump things ) this topic and ask for a really quick fix :

I've also warned the BH/Dev dudes on testlive, explaining we had *huge* chat lags due to their XML server issues ...
