What happened is a mission completed upon the kill of a boss, instead of needing to be turned in.
Here is the picture of the great moment. And, top right, you'll see that I even had put the previous reward on "pending" to prevent a ding.
We still have to learn how to do to ding the AP way in SWTOR but now we have TWO top level characters and that means a lot to help the org!
