The Dragon has just been implemented, and let's say it: it's just not ready. So it's good to beta-test this faction but NOT for a first experience of TSW or you could be disappointed.
Seoul and many places in the Dragon storyline are not looking (yet) as great as London or New York (see my post about the graphics with screenshots).
Also the screenplay looks more hectic ATM (and the other factions are already quite confusing; yeah it's on purpose but...)
So my advice, start with another, and of course beta test Dragon later.
