You may experience some slowness in the response of AP (and Alliance) forums at the moment.
This is a temporary issue due to the fact servers are being changed, upgraded, and relocated. (If you want to know more technically: currently the Web/PHP servers and the database servers are not in the same datacenter; some are in the old datacenter, some in the new one).
This issue will self-resolve as the migration is completed. We're sorry for the temporary inconvenience.
