Sorry for disappearing suddenly. I was talking with Metalfaith, sorry Metal too. I lost my Internet connection and it too a while to come back.

not sure what u missed:
- We may try - regarding Iannis availability - to have an extra run on Tchu right after Pande run (it's now getting fast, best time so far was 30 mins inc rolls...)
- And was really happy with new org contracts, finaly made the last modifications I planned on symbs.

I need to have a new look at contracts by the way. Gled they helped. Let's protect PW6!
Regarding Tchu, I'd say that we check with Iannis to know his available times and we announce it at least one day in advance so people are really aware ahead of time. But I'm not against after iPande if needed.

Basicaly we have
- today: iPande, 1h or less
then (not sure of the order)
- apfs (1h30 to 2h00)
- 12M (2h min to have at least 4 or 5 runs)
then Inf key on friday.
Tchu needing to be done before to let ppl not buying boots (Iannis by example)
So the best option may be today.
Btw, there should be another Tchu in the next few days (Anthrea / Dragons) but dont know when, that should be an option to save boots if Tchu's curse is still going strong.
