Hello my name is Hairystyles - Was trying to be funny with the name, but seems like I'm the only one that gets it... So I'm mostly called hairstyle :P

I have been playing AO since 2004 with a few breaks in between. Back in the days I was mostly into PvP, I'm not a good twinker, but I liked the community and the fun we had at the tower fields. I did do alot of raids too, but my heart was in PvP.
I started in Nocturnal Fear, went over to Redemption, then Vengeance and I stopped my career in Spartans.
Today I'm too scared to kill a leet in backyard.
I like to raid mobs instead of people now (wont say no if the opportunity comes for some pvp fun). I'm totally old school, don't have the best or newest gear, but I promise my talent is the social tab or at least I like to think so :biggrin:

I’ve been back in the game now since December 2023, after a little break, only like 9 or 10 years give or take :D I'm looking for an active org, with people that enjoy some good content with like minded people, that like to raid and to have fun and maybe learn old players, like myself, on how to get back in the game and the gear again.
I been looking to join AP for quiet some while now and now I'll try to apply to you. The reason for that is, you seems like a large org, probably the org with the most people online during the day, with alot of different nationalities and since I like an active org with plenty of people, it seems like the right choice for me.

I do have less time to play than I'm used to, i need more sleep and the only exercise I get is the running ingame. I do like a good gin and tonic, I don't smoke weed and properly have to eat abit more healthy if u ask my doctor, that is why I made my own ingame.

Welcome to the AP forums and thanks for your interest in AP. Nice to see some veterans coming back to the game. There are quite a few of us here ;)

Thanks for agreeing our COC and it can be found here for future refernce:
The next step is to join our guest channel on our org bot so we can meet/team online. Any AP member can invite you to guest chat. It does not have to be an officer.
You can usually find AP members at the big Vanguards building ramp near OA grid terminal.
If you can’t find a member you can self invite by typing /tell Bobsan !join
This is a temporary invite, so you'll have to do it each time you want to be on guest chat.

Once on guest chat, feel free to ask for an officer and introduce yourself, and also ask for help with any questions you may have about your application.

At some point soon, after you've spent some time with us, an officer will contact you for a brief interview. As our officers can be busy with raids and other duties, it may take a moment to contact you. Always feel free to tell an officer that you are there.
