GMI bug unequips all items?!?

Well I assume it was lost in the blue text wall I have at start with all the buffered tells.

I just idiotically spaced out looking for an item and opened GMI.

QL300 CC, symbs, NCU, etc all vanished to the ether.

My NODROP Omni-only social armor was partially unequipped (BUT I managed to ALT-F4) before it got the pieces I care most about).

I explained that in my petition. Going to see if GMs can figure out how to get Omni-tagged social armor back on Clan toon. But if they don't manage, well, I was actually thinking hard about taking those 2 exact items off anyway (they were droppable, all my NODROPs stayed on since I exited game fast enough).

Not griping. I can find something else to do on another toon. Will report back results of petition.

And fwiw ... if this is a hack of some form, like an SQL injection that grabs items, or cross site scripting (my bet would be on a database hack ... and not saying it IS ... but if there was gonna be one this would be a doozy) ... it is genius. And also shows how little dev resources AO has. If it is NOT a hack ... wowzers ... what a bug.

FYI ... reply to in-game petition ... if you were GMI de-equipped, use the email ticket at help.funcom.com ... in-game petition will just direct you to that.

Same with other GMI bugg when someone put alot of bots for low price on the GMI.
Did not disable for like 36 hours.

Dmg done and now ruined economy kinda.

Time to go back to cityshops again

Yep. But ... reports on AO forums that even turned off, players who didn't know not to touch it have still been stripped. Not confirmed.
