OK so, time for some generic comments already.
Deck items:
You are focused on the best possible casting (casting time, nanocost, recharge,...). But your number of NCUs is relatively low. For new instances / dungeons, you will need room for various protection nanos and auras. If you get hit by a boss in the Subway, it can be easily 5K damage with protections. Without, it can get ugly fast.
Plus, I'm not sure what doc nanos you have: have you done the DB quest? (Not the instances, the 2 quests). If not, you might have some bad surprise with the nano skills required, and that means that you might need room for composite Mochams at least for a moment.
So some more NCUs, a way or another, might be something to consider.
Symbiants:
It's all good. The LONG term goal is to get your Alphas in (Alpha = Xan Beta + Intel symbiant from TNH)
Wrist:
Totally need to get a Master bracer from Albtraum or a DB instance 3 bracer and get rid of the First Creation. Albtraum is easier although long to farm regarding items (recipe:

Armor:
I'd rather have our docs comment there. It's not bad but there is work to do. One thing you have to know is that all Beast armor, including the BoC can be upgraded with items from the Pyramid of Home team dungeon, which is not an easy trip but gets much better when you are with people who know what to do (APs
).
Token board:
Get the upgrade from PoH, relatively easy.
Hud and Utils:
I prefer to have our high docs comment with fresh information here. Of course, you want an ACDC from sector 42

Weapons:
You're good. But can upgrade. Here again, better have fresh info from our docs.
New Subway 200+ items:
To be considered but do some other upgrades first as this new team instance is really a hard one.
