Wondering why my Click2Pay account isn't working anymore, when it worked last month. AO account = frozed due to not paid when I was away for the weekend. Now that I got back home from the holiday it turns out my Click2pay account is suspended for no reason, so I can't reactivate AO. Grr..

PS dont try look at someone else's NCu as you might loose all your research & perks. IE PErk points will need to be re-distributed & Research will go to lvl 1.

I'm affected too... I can't patch. I get an error saying that and old file can't be found although a file with the same name is found (root.xml).

I spoke to Pod last night, well early morning for me. We tried to petition but I think all gm's arks were either sleeping or preparing for todays anarchy. Either way chris I have the logs was too tired to formally pst you on forums about it especially since there was no real result.

It will be sorted out, dont dispair.

Not sure but I guess I damaged my AO install. And guess what? I discovered I had no recent copy of the large client at home... so, just in case, I'm downloading it now at an amazing 50KB/s speed.

well since the original patch broke i went to sleep woke up to see that it as still down. Went to work and still here. 2.25 more hours to go of the 12hr shift. AO should be back up. Might log a lowbie toon in case logging in means i lose my levels, perks, research and mind!

still having issues with the AO client giving me that error message...i deleted AO from my system but no luck, still get the error message...anyone else having this issue?

Do you have an old CD of AO? maybe you could install from it, and then see if it patches correctly. (And, the most recent CD is Alien Invasion...)

As for myself, everything is screwed on my system it seems. Working on it asap. (Had to sleep.)

no, don't have an old cd of AO i contacted support on this issue, so we'll see what they say, i may have to manually download each patch myself
