Ceokittymeow: Hiya there sports fans, how the heck are ya!? Ceokittymeow here from AP.Tv, Com-link ch. 281, to bring to you a very special rewind of the first ever "Alliance LvL 5 froob ==========
PvP Tournament!!!"
From all across Rubi-Ka, Alliance Organizations brought their best and brightest to the City of Tir where they all met at the Tir Arena, packed with a record number of spectators from Alliance to fellow clansmen outside of the alliance!
We had familiar faces from Athen Paladins, veterans to the tourney scene, with Armygunakilyou, Shortstacked and Lupisnub. Peoples Front of Judea sent to represent them Fixer Littlekat and Adventurer Minivaldonay, aTrox Caelestis sends sends over two Martial Artists, Flopadopalus and Test05 and finally Phoenix Rising sent in Meta Physicist Nabbie to even out the combatants at eight!
After a short speak by none other then the master of ceremonies, Ceokittymeow... Hey that's me! After the speech, the one versus one duels began!
After the dust settled and the duels were tallied, It was Lupisnub snatching the Gold with a Clean Sweep winning streak over the other combatants with 7 win, fellow AP mate Shortstacked acquired the Silver with 6 wins and PFoJ's very own Advy, Minivaldonay gets the Bronze with 5 wins. Runners-up aTc's lithe MA Flopadopalus grabbed 4 wins, AP's blade advy, Armygunakilyou scoops up 3 wins, PFoJ fast fixer, Littlekat take 2 wins, aTc's second nible Martial Artist, Test05 holds onto 1 win and PR's Nabbie was unable to secure a victory, though we have awarded Nabbie the "Take one for the Team" award. This is the second award given, as the first one was awarded to none other then the winner of this tourney's 1vs1, Lupisnub. Can lady luck strike Nabbie as it did with Lupisnub? My creds are on yes!
We were able to get a word with Lupisnub about his victory today:
After the interview we received some bad news. Test05 from aTrox Caelestis was unable to continue through the rest of the tourney for unknown reasons. All we can do is hope that she is ok.Lupisnub wrote:RAAR! Smash! Me pewpew many today! Then they all want bite me, no fair!!!
Next up was the first Team Vs. Team event, where due to the unexplained absence of Test05, the uneven numbers. The solution was a 3 vs 4 with Shortstacked, Lupisnub and Nabbie on the red team, while facing Armygunakilyou, Littlekat, Minivaldonay and Flopadopalus on the blue team. After the countdown, a reacquiring theme showed itself in the red team going after the blue team's strongest link, dropping Minivaldonay and then the rest soon after with no casualties on on the red teams side.
We were able to catch up with Shortstacked for an interview:

Lupisnub: Pewpew from reclaim!
Shortstacked: You smell like reclaim! I shot your tiny sprouts while you busy tickling other squishies!
Lupisnub: What that mean!? You hide behind shield... sissy!
Shortstacked: You hide behind smell and frollic into fight like enforcer...
*scratches head*
Shortstacked: Wait you are!
Lupisnub: And proud.
Shortstacked: You grow big but i shoot you down to size
Lupisnub: You like bunny... hide in hole... run when hit real
Shortstacked: You like sloth, slow and miss!
The next portion of the event was the "Social Tab" Event where the combatants dared to wear it all! Three judges were picked from the audience to grade critique and vote for who they thought was the winner! The judges were Willsnt of Peoples Front of Judea, Raggy1 of The Cult and our reacquiring judge, Chrisax of Athen Paladins. It was a tough decision, but Willsnt chose Nabbie as with Raggy1 voted for the silky red dress clad atrox. Chrisax had to forfeit his vote due to an insane amount of jibberish he was saying to his com-link.
Congratulations to Nabbie for winning the "Social Tab" Event!
We were able to catch Flopadopalus on his way to the arena for the upcoming Free for All, he said this:

Finally it was time for the Main Event, the Alliance Free for All! All of the combatants entered the Tir Arena and as the spectators followed. A subtle quietness emanated from the arena ring as the contestants got ready with their very own knowledge of nano programs. A spectator called for the ready as the combatants raise their hands to signal the start. The spectator counts from five down to one and that once quite serenity broke into a hail of firefight and screaming fans!
As the combatants mob onto one another, Armygunakilyou drops to her knees from a sudden sneak attack from Flopadopalus and his Hazangerine Rat Claws. Meanwhile Shortstacked works on Lupisnub with a hail of gunfire from his SOL-K monsters, all the meanwhile Lupisnub whacks away at Minivaldonay with Nabbie and Littlekat. Soon after Minivaldonay falls with Lupisnub following suit fromt he barrage from Shortstacked. Attention shifts now to the Monster wielding Solider as Flopadopalus and Littlekat work through Shortstacked's refelcts he falls to the ground. Now there was three as while aTc's Martial Artist and PFoJ's Fixer worked on AP's solider, Nabbie, Phoenix Rising's Meta Physicist, has had his pets nibbling away at Flopadopalus, wearing him down enough to drop him. Finally it comes to Littlekat and Nabbie. As the two worked on each other, it was neck and neck, shot for shot as the two fought for that coveted title.
In the end it was Littlekat, the fixer from Peoples Front of Judea that drove the final nail into Nabbie, winning the first ever "Alliance Free for All." The crowd went wild as cheer of congratulations were heard throughout the Alliance. We caught up with Littlekat after the event to get some words on his victory:
