Search the forums here as chris posted a nice summary of some of the changes.
The latest now being an items shop where you can purchase points to give you xp stims, vp, tokens and social stuff.
Also non upgraded OFAB is now yes drop, but you can only access your own professions booth. So you need to find someone with spare vp of the same profession.
