The improvements to the 000 weapons seems alright, althrough in terms of real numbers there is at base little change (larger crits but smaller minimums) so like most RK weapons a high crit is needed, but the requirements being lowered is good especially for the buffing ones.

With this set-up and full buffs (well the buffs that i've calc'd) I'm getting 1192 SMG and 953 Burst
Thats with a 90 EoE, 150 ofab sleeves and no contracts or towers. It's probably still missing some things though.

It's the Achilles heel of GA, however a TL3-4 fixer can be reasonably cheap, I can help you out with some set-up options if you are serious about making one. They can be really formidable, even single-drained at that level.

AAD goes OE, notum repulsor will make it 0% since GA is nanoskill based, so you won't have any benefit

You could also switch in Nova Helmet and go for Ofab shoulders first for +15 stam on each if you ended up 4 short for Helm.
AOSkills says you should have 496 Stam at 162 on an Atrox Soldier.
If I remember right, when I was twinking keeper, Contracts and HQ should be 17 and 9 like you guessed

I wholeheartedly agree Noobas. It's a phenomenon that I don't quite understand. My keeper is 164, however was built at a time where there were many 207s around (Paradise had an entire team of them), what I don't understand is all the 150-158s. The only time a 200 has ever been a threat to me at war ...

Computer failed last night, it was on the way out for a while, dual logging at hecks was the straw that broke the camel's back 
It's getting repaired right now but like I said it was on the way out so theres a lot of things to be fixed so I have no idea when it will be working again.

A few points: s7 ring is 151 lock and consider using artillery leg, it gives agility to help CSS out of OE.

All i can think of is the +10 Artillery ring but that conflicts with NCU ring.

Yeah I'll already cap AS, 984 to cap, I should have 1050 with TTS. I heard that TL3/4 Agent FP traders are a real problem in towers right now, so decided an AR/evade set-up with almost cap Run Speed would be best so I can AS-kite and still land perks.

Simians's Bracelet - add melee damage and are in wrist slots, non-unique so you can have two if you cant get a AI bracer. Sense is a bit of a pain, but QL 60-70 ones can be obtained easily at named sided mobs I think (they do definitely drop from SL mobs).

I recently re-installed the game and downloaded all the maps that are stickied on here.
They are in the right directory, but wont register in-game? Like when I press "I" on Planet Map, only the default + Dovves are options? :S
Anyone ever encountered something similar or knows how to fix? Thanks!
